Experience God.
MYR invites all campers to experience God through His creation and learn from the truth of the Bible.
Sing it out.
During each of our four chapel sessions, campers will be led in a time of authentic worship.
Study together.
Following our chapel sessions, campers are divided into small groups that are led by God-following adults. This is a time for campers to open-up in a safe and transparent setting.
Feast.
We promise you won’t go hungry at this camp! MYR offers some of the best food you could find at a campground. Merritt Taco Night, Oreo Fluff, and homemade cobblers are just a couple of staples you’ll enjoy!
Hot Cocoa.
MYR hot cocoa is so iconic that it earned its own picture! This homemade, chocolatey goodness will leave you wanting more (and the recipe)!
Dive in.
From swimming to an inflatable water park, campers have many opportunities to dive in and enjoy the water!
Climb on board.
During the day, campers are invited to climb on board a boat and experience several different activities. We off tubing, water-skiing, wakeboarding, and fishing.
Compete.
From volleyball to group games to board games, MYR offers many opportunities for healthy competition. Campers can join a volleyball team or relax under our big tent while playing a board game!
Speak truth.
Saturday evening we host a bonfire where campers and staff are invited to speak about how God has changed their lives. Sunday morning brings a baptism service any campers who have committed to following Christ.
Laugh.
MYR campers will share many laughs throughout camp. Dan and his skit crew will not leave you disappointed as they perform his original skits and hilarious jokes.
Clean up.
Cleanliness is so important to the staff of MYR that we built our own shower trailer! Campers can enjoy a hot shower after a day of play for free in one of our private shower rooms!
Rest well.
MYR offers a unique camping experience. All of our student campers will be lodged in tents with fellow campers! Boys stay on one side of the campground and girls on the other. This is a great opportunity to make lasting connections with new people.
